Buying or Selling a Home
With your benefit program you can receive up to $12,000 when buying or selling a home. When you use my services for your real estate transaction, you will receive 20% of the commission earned by me. My commissions are normally 3% for the selling side of the transaction and 3% for the buying side of the transaction.
For example: When you buy a home or sell a home and the price is $200,000 and I receive a 3% commission, I earn $6,000. You will receive 20% of $6,000 which saves you $1,200.

Terms and Conditions
The state of Alabama does not allow an actual cash back money real estate transaction. The savings offered here will be given to you in the form of a credit at the time of your closing. This "cash back/credit" savings offer is determined by state and federal laws and the "cash back/credit" will be given within 30 days of the close of your real estate transaction. The maximum "cash back/credit" is 20% of the 3% of my commission, with 3% of the commission being the highest amount allowed under this agreement. In some cases my commission may be a higher percentage, but this offer is limited to a maximum of 3% of my commission under this agreement. In some cases my commission may be less than 3% and your "cash back/credit" will be 20% of this lesser amount.
